এই ওয়েবসাইট Jagokrishi.com দ্বারা পরিচালিত। সম্পূর্ণ ওয়েবসাইট জুড়ে—

• “আমরা”, “আমাদের” এবং “আমাদেরকে” বলতে Jago Krishi-কে বুঝানো হয়েছে।
• “ওয়েবসাইট”, “পরিষেবা”, “প্ল্যাটফর্ম” বলতে Jagokrishi.com–কে বোঝানো হয়েছে।
• “আপনি”, “ব্যবহারকারী”, “গ্রাহক” বলতে যে কোনো ব্যক্তি, যিনি এই ওয়েবসাইটে প্রবেশ বা ব্যবহার করছেন। 
• “পণ্য” বলতে বিক্রয়ের জন্য প্রস্তাবিত জীবিত পণ্য, এগ্রো ও খামার ভিত্তিক এক্সেসরিজ এবং কৃষি ভিত্তিক খাদ্যপণ্য কে বুঝানো হয়েছে।

ধারা ২ঃ সাধারণ শর্তাবলি

আমরা যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো কারণে যে কাউকে পরিষেবা দিতে অস্বীকার করার অধিকার রাখি। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহৃত সকল টেক্সট, ইমেজ, ভিডিও, লোগো জাগো কৃষি-এর মেধাস্বত্বভুক্ত। আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া যে কোনো উপকরণ কোনো মাধ্যমেই ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

ধারা ৩ঃ তথ্যের সত্যতা

আমাদের পণ্যের মূল্য বিনা নোটিশে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। তবে আপনি অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় যে মূল্য দেখবেন, সাধারণত সেটিই প্রযোজ্য হবে। আমরা যেকোনো সময় যেকোন পরিষেবা আংশিক, সম্পূর্ণ বন্ধ বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। যদি কোনো স্পষ্ট মূল্য নির্ধারণজনিত ভুল (Pricing Error) ঘটে, সে ক্ষেত্রে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার এবং প্রয়োজনে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি—এমনকি অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন পাওয়ার পরেও।

মূল্য পরিবর্তনের জন্য আমরা আপনার বা কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের নিকট দায়বদ্ধ নই।

ধারা ৫ঃ পণ্য বা পরিষেবা

আমরা পণ্যের রঙ ও ছবি সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শনে সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে আপনার মনিটরের ডিসপ্লের কারণে পণ্যের রঙের আংশিক তারতম্য হতে পারে। তবে এ ধরনের পণ্যের পরিমাণ খুবই সীমতি হতে পারে এবং আমাদের রিটার্ন পলিসি অনুযায়ী এগুলো ফেরত বা বিনিময় করা যেতে পারে।

ধারা ৬ঃ বাতিল ও সীমিত করণ

আমরা যে কোন সন্দেহজনক বা অতিরিক্ত অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি। বিশেষ করে ব্যক্তি বা পরিবার প্রতি অর্ডারের পরিমাণ সীমিত করতে পারি। আমরা যদি কোনো অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করি, তবে আপনার দেওয়া ফোন বা ইমেল নম্বরে আমরা যোগাযোগ করার চেষ্টা করব।

ধারা ৭ঃ মূল্য গ্রহণ ও পেমেন্ট নীতিমালা (Payment Policy)

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শর্তাবলি

• সকল পেমেন্ট অবশ্যই জাগো কৃষি-এর অফিসিয়াল পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
• পেমেন্ট গেটওয়েগুলো সরাসরি আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন নয়। কোনো লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করার পূর্বে সংশ্লিষ্ট পেমেন্ট সেবাদাতা প্রতিষ্ঠান (bkash, Nagad, Rocket এবং ব্যাংক)-এর  শর্তাবলি ও গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালা ভালোভাবে পর্যালোচনা করার জন্য গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ করা হল।
• অনুমোদনবিহীন নম্বর বা অ্যাকাউন্টে পেমেন্ট করলে তার দায়ভার সম্পূর্ণরূপে গ্রাহকদের নিজস্ব।

৮ঃ তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা (Third Party Services)

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে নিম্নলিখিত তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুলস ব্যবহৃত হতে পারেঃ

ধারা ১১ঃ ভুল ও সংশোধন

ধারা ১৩ঃ দায়সীমা (Limitation of Liability)

কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা, ইন্টারনেট বিভ্রাট বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবার কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য শিক্ষা আইটি লিমিটেড দায়ী থাকবে না। আমাদের লক্ষ্য শিক্ষার্থীদের সর্বোচ্চ মানের শেখার অভিজ্ঞতা প্রদান করা, তবে তা সবসময় নিরবচ্ছিন্ন হবে — এমন গ্যারান্টি দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

ধারা ১৪ঃ ক্ষতিপূরণ 

আপনার কোন ভুল অথবা আইন লঙ্ঘন বা শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গের কারণে যদি কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষ আইনি দাবি জানায়, তবে তার জন্য আপনি Jago Krishi-কে ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

ধারা ১৫ঃ শর্তের গ্রহণযোগ্যতা

এই শর্তাবলির কোনো অংশ অযোগ্য প্রমাণিত হলে, বাকি অংশগুলো যথারীতি কার্যকর থাকবে।

ধারা ১৬ঃ চুক্তি নিষ্পত্তি

আপনি যেকোনো সময় আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার বন্ধ করে এই চুক্তি নিষ্পত্তি করতে পারেন। তবে আমরা যদি মনে করি আপনি শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গ করেছেন, তাহলে আমরা যেকোনো সময় বিনা নোটিশে এই চুক্তি বাতিল করতে পারি। 

ধারা ১৭ঃ পূর্ণাঙ্গ চুক্তি
