জাগো কৃষি (Jago Krishi) গ্রাহকদের নির্ভরযোগ্য ও সময়মতো পণ্য সরবরাহে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। অর্ডার গ্রহণ থেকে ডেলিভারি পর্যন্ত সম্পূর্ণ প্রক্রিয়া সম্পর্কে আমাদের শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি নীতি নিচে স্পষ্টভাবে তুলে ধরা হলো।

১. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও নিশ্চিতকরণ

আপনি অর্ডার করার পর তাৎক্ষণাক একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ এসএমএস বা ইমেল পাবেন। এর অর্থ আপনার অর্ডারটি আমাদের সিস্টেমে গৃহণ করা হয়েছে এবং আপনার পেমেন্টটি যাচাই করা হয়েছে।

২. ডেলিভারি এলাকা ও পক্রিয়া

লাইভস্টক (জীবিত) পণ্য: উত্তরবঙ্গ থেকে বাংলাদেশের যেসব রুটে বাস চলাচল করে, সেসব এলাকায় বাসযোগে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়।

সাধারণ পণ্য: গ্রাহক বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে অবস্থান করলেও নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার বা ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

৩. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ওজন, ধরন এবং গ্রাহকের অবস্থানের (নিকট/দূরবর্তী জেলা) উপর ভিত্তি করে নির্ধারিত হয়।

• লাইভস্টক পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে জেলা ও পরিবহন ব্যবস্থার উপর ভিত্তি করে আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
• সাধারণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার কোম্পানির নির্ধারিত চার্জ কার্যকর হবে।

৪. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারি সময়

ক. লাইভস্টক (জীবিত) পণ্যঃ পরিবহন, আবহাওয়া এবং পরিস্থিতিভেদে সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। সাধারণত     

    ১–৫ কার্যদিবস (কম-বেশি হতে পারে)।

লাইভস্টক (জীবিত) পণ্য রিসিভ করার ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নের শর্ত বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে প্রযোজ্য—

• গ্রাহক বা তার মনোনীত প্রতিনিধি নির্ধারিত বাস স্ট্যান্ড/টার্মিনালে ১ ঘন্টা পূর্বে উপস্থিত থাকবে।
• পণ্য গ্রহণের পর বাসা বা খামারে বান্ডিল খোলার সম্পূর্ণ প্রক্রিয়া অবশ্যই ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে
• পণ্য মৃত বা গুরুতর অসুস্থ হলে, তাৎক্ষণাক ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে জানাতে হবে।

খ. সাধারণ পণ্য: সাধারণত ১–৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে গ্রাহকের ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণের শেষ সময় (Cut-Off Time)

প্রতিদিন বিকেল ৩:০০ টা. বাংলাদেশ সময় বিকেল ৩:০০ টার পূর্বে অর্ডার করলে সেটি ঐ দিনই ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হয়। (Time Zone: UTC/GMT +06:00, Bangladesh Standard Time) 

৬. ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব

প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, পরিবহন সমস্যা, ধর্মঘট বা অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অবহিত করা হবে।

৭. অর্ডার গ্রহণ, বাতিল এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ

পণ্য স্টকে না থাকা, মূল্য সংক্রান্ত ত্রুটি বা অস্বাভাবিক লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে জাগো কৃষি প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অর্ডার বাতিল বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। কোনো পণ্যের মূল্যে ভুল থাকলে আমরা সঠিক নির্দেশনার জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করব অথবা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করে আপনাকে জানিয়ে দিবো। 

৮. পেমেন্ট গ্রহণের সময়

জাগো কৃষি (Jago Krishi) পেমেন্ট গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী দুটি পৃথক পদ্ধতি অনুসরণ করে—
ক. লাইভস্টক (জীবিত পণ্য) পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রীম

• অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য ডেলিভারির পূর্বেই পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• জেলা ভিত্তিক ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের মূল্যের সাথে যোগ করে প্রদান করতে হবে।

খ. খামার সামগ্রী ও সাধারণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি

• অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার জন্য কোনো ধরনের অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রদান করতে হবে না।
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পদ্ধতিতে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় কুরিয়ার বা ডেলিভারি প্রতিনিধিকে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• যে কোন সাধারণ পণ্যের অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে শুধুমাত্র অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।

৯. পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ পদ্ধতি

অনলাইন অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করার জন্য আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য ও নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করি। গ্রাহকদের সুবিধার্থে নিম্নলিখিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণযোগ্য—

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (Cash on Delivery – COD) : পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় নির্ধারিত অর্থ পরিশোধ করা যাবে
• মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং। যেমনঃ bkash, Nagad, Rocket 
• ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারঃ Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC , Dhaka Bank , Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank

Jago Krishi is committed to delivering products to customers reliably and on time. Below is our complete Shipping & Delivery Policy outlining the process from order placement to final delivery.

1. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

After placing an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation SMS or email. This means your order has been received in our system and your payment (if applicable) has been verified.

2. Delivery Areas & Process

• Livestock (Live Products): Live products are delivered via bus transportation from North Bengal to routes where bus services operate across Bangladesh.
• General Products: General (non-live) products are delivered anywhere in Bangladesh through reliable courier or delivery services.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are determined based on product weight, type, and customer location (nearby or remote district).

• For livestock products, charges may vary depending on district and transportation arrangements.
• For general products, courier company rates will apply.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

A. Livestock (Live Products)

Delivery time may vary depending on transportation, weather, and other circumstances. Generally, delivery takes 1–5 business days (may vary).

Mandatory Conditions for Receiving Livestock:

• The customer or their authorized representative must arrive at the designated bus stand/terminal at least 1 hour before arrival time.
• The entire unboxing process at home or farm must be recorded on video.
• If any product is found dead or seriously ill, the customer must immediately notify customer support with clear video evidence.

B. General Products

General products are typically delivered within 1–3 business days to the customer’s address.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time – UTC/GMT +06:00) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified as necessary.

7. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Pricing

Jago Krishi reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Unusual or suspicious transactions

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you for clarification or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

8. Payment Collection Policy

Jago Krishi follows two separate payment methods based on product type:

A. For Livestock (Live Products) Advance

• Full payment must be completed before delivery.
• District-based delivery charges must be added to the product price and paid in advance.

B. Farm Supplies & General Products ForCash on Delivery – COD

• No advance payment is required to confirm the order (except delivery charge where applicable).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available — payment must be made to the courier or delivery agent at the time of receiving the product.
• In some cases, only the delivery charge may need to be paid in advance to confirm the order.

9. Accepted Payment Methods

We use secure and reliable payment gateways for online transactions. Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Bank Transfer: Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, Dhaka Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank
